Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the management of insurance telesales or customer service projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful launch of the projects;

2. Develop project plans according to the needs of insurance scenarios, build AI robots, and formulate operation strategies;

3. Coordinate and promote the execution of various internal departments, and control the progress;

4. Monitor operation indicators, and continuously optimize the performance of robots and operation strategies during the execution process to enhance the results;

5. Maintain communication with clients, manage client relationships well, and improve client satisfaction and the probability of project success.

Position Requirements:

1. Language: Fluent in Japanese, preference given to those with overseas study or living experience.

2. Industry Experience:

• Have relevant work experience in insurance telesales or customer service operations, be familiar with the business processes and management indicators of telesales or customer service, and be proficient in using related operation tools.

• Preference given to those with work experience in the AI intelligent voice product industry.

3. Strong logical and data analysis skills, with attention to detail management.

4. Strong communication, coordination, and adaptability skills.

5. Possess strong stress resistance and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
