Job Description
Reports to: HR Generalist
Pay Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
Responsibilities
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies to employees.
- Maintain and update employment records within HR systems
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes within HR systems
- Support an engaging and comprehensive onboarding program for all new hires
- Complete the I-9 and eVerify verification processes
- Support the HR team with measurement and reporting activities
- Assist with business priorities as required
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other relevant discipline required
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in HR preferred
- Knowledge of computer software programs (e.g., MS Office) and willingness to learn new systems
Skills
- Strong problem solving, reporting, communication and analytical skills
- Excellent judgment in handling confidential, legal, or sensitive information
