Engineer I/II – Network

Responsibilities

• Perform IT network infrastructure administration and security control
• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure availability included LAN, WAN, WiFi, MPLS, VPN, SDWAN, MERTO
• Maintain documentation for operation and administration
• Manage and configure Network and access control device and platform to fit company needs
• Assist in network migration and isolation for network migration or termination
• Responsible for network capacity planning, performance tuning and cost control
• Working with vendor for project delivery
• Provide 2nd level operation supports on 7 X 24 basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience
• Working experience in around network administration
• Sound knowledge of scripting for network operation automation
• Solid experience with design, implementation, and support on complex networks, including network devices (like Cisco,
• Huawei, H3C, Fortinet, Palo Alto, HPE Aubra, or Ruckus…etc)
• Knowledge of Cloud based network connectivity
• Possession of CCNA, CCDA, CCNP and CCIE will be an advantage
• Understanding of ITIL Framework and Change processes
• Good command in oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese, Mandarin
