We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Director of Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
