Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to align with the organization’s growth objectives.
  • Talent Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Offer Management: Extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen the company’s employer brand through online platforms, events, and other initiatives to attract quality candidates.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and recruitment regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with potential and current candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Market Research and Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to refine recruitment strategies and advise senior management on best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in staff augmentation or IT consulting.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
