Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to align with the organization’s growth objectives.
- Talent Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Offer Management: Extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen the company’s employer brand through online platforms, events, and other initiatives to attract quality candidates.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and recruitment regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with potential and current candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Market Research and Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to refine recruitment strategies and advise senior management on best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in staff augmentation or IT consulting.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
- Proficiency in sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
