Financial Controller – Eastwood – Dayshift – up to 350K

Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Controller to work for one of our clients in Eastwood, Libis Q.C

This role is on a Hybrid work set up that follows a Dayshift schedule.

Salary is up to 350k based on interview result and experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage PHP finance and tax teams for all PHP financial and accounting transactions
  • Review and approve all PHP payroll transactions, ensure all associated employee benefits, statutory payments are paid in compliance with local requirements
  • Ensure all monthly recharge from PHP subsidiaries to overseas Probe entities for outsourced BPO services are completed timely and in line with the Group transfer pricing policy
  • Budget, forecast and cost management for all support and SG&A groups
  • Review all existing internal controls and processes to ensure cost-effectiveness, accuracy and integrity of these transactions
  • Implement best-practice internal processes including but not limiting to intercompany recharge, order to payment, payroll, cash advance to liquidation
  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements, in line with acceptable accounting standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including tax filings, audits, and other mandatory submissions
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and liquidity to ensure operational needs are met. Collaborate with the

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing strategies to safeguard the companys assets

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Finance, Accounting and related fields
  • Must be CPA, atleast 5 years of post-qualifying relevant experience as Head of Finance for a large PHP-based group, with at least 2,000 employees in PHP
  • Exposure to ERP (NetSuite preferred but not essential), expense management software as well as financial reporting systems
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Confident in dealing with senior managers
  • Commercially savvy and strategically focused
  • Ability to work autonomously, providing direction to the operational managers and making sound and sensible decisions
  • High standards of integrity and work ethic
  • Experience in BPO industry
