Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to support our marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing strategies. This role is perfect for recent graduates passionate about marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Direct report to CEO to create visually appealing marketing materials and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support the organization and promotion of online events, webinars, and product launches.
  • Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Assist in managing and analyzing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging withfollowers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp) isa plus.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the marketing field.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing data and metrics.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Good proficiency with general digital tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Atlassian, Slack, etc.).
