Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Actively support the corporate and provide technical environmental advises to comply with national and international regulations/standards. Responsible for carrying out, and continuously improving the environmental programs and long-term sustainability strategy. Also, examine existing activities, services and products to assess and manage risks, as well as identify and leverage opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- Professional Accreditation (local and/or international engineering councils/agencies).
- Certified Internal/Lead Auditor for ISO 14001:2015
Experience and Specific Knowledge
- 4-10 years of experience in environment.
- 3-9 years of exposure in oil & gas/petrochemical industry.
- Familiar with national and international environmental rules and regulations pertaining to industry standards.
- Proficient in GHG accounting, Air emissions monitoring,, FEMS, wastewater treatment , waste management, Auditing Skills and technical report writing.
- Able to effectively conduct/apply problem solving techniques i.e.. Root cause analysis, significant aspects analysis and process mapping.
Good computer skills in office applications, Presentation and communications skills
