Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join a leading logistics company in Melbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects, including mergers and technology initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of approximately 10 workstreams, driving initiatives across the business as required.

Up-and-coming logistics and transportation company that have a massive finance backing. A separation from its parent company they have a myriad of ambitions for growth across the Australian landscape.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of approximately 10 workstreams, driving initiatives across the business as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate a portfolio of 10 workstreams within the transformation program.
  • Support and drive business initiatives, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring all project documentation is maintained.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally within logistics, technology, or large-scale projects.
  • Previous experience in mergers and acquisitions is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to working on large, complex projects with multiple workstreams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in a PMO environment is highly advantageous.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management qualifications will be highly regarded.
