Job Description
The core purpose of this role is to drive continuous improvement initiatives and to support delivery of key change projects, considering implications across all supply processes & the definition of plans to embed change in the Planning community.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Associate Director GB Supply Planning, key responsibilities of the role are:
- Understanding scope of change projects & evaluating potential process, people and system impacts.
- Creating repeatable models to analyse detailed impact & propose updates required (e.g. to Planning parameters, standard ways of working). Interacting across business teams to align inputs to analysis & assumptions, and to validate outputs.
- Defining and delivering documentation and training material in order to embed required change in the organisation.
- Representing GB BU Supply Planning in project meetings, and presenting analysis & recommendations.
Skills & Essentials:
- A track record in supply chain planning, ideally across multiple planning domains.
- Proven experience in managing disparate inputs & completing thorough analysis (process and data).
- Strong attention to detail, whilst maintaining ability to see broad business view.
- Experience in project roles & managing outputs to required timelines.
- Ability to engage effectively with cross functional teams to influence and deliver change.
- Experience working in a dynamic, complex and fast moving environment
