Responsibilities
Conduct daily room inspections to ensure the company standards in cleanliness and maintenance are met.
Ensure all associates on shift are briefed regarding the day’s operation
Assist Supervisor & Manager in training & coaching new and existing team members
Identify & implement opportunities to upgrade service levels
Ensure daily handover is complete and accurate
Support in cost control process i.e. in preparation of rosters, requisitions, checking stock levels
Ensuring adherence to brand standards and SOPs within accommodation
Participation in Departmental meetings
To project a pleasant and positive professional image to all contacts at all times
Manage needs and expectations of guests
Maintain positive teamwork at all times
Monitor use of cleaning checklists
Assist in dealing with customer comments
