Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Solution Development
• Identify and analyze customer pain points with EDA software usage.
• Provide technical solutions using available resources within the company.
• Engage with clients regularly to update them on solutions and product improvements.
• Coordinate with R&D teams to develop custom tools or features if required.
2. Product Expertise & Pre-Sales Support
• Develop a deep understanding of all EDA products under management.
• Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities by explaining technical capabilities in layman’s terms.
• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating product value clearly.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer support teams to enhance product functionality.
• Ensure internal teams understand the product roadmap and customer needs.
• Provide training and guidance to the sales team on technical aspects.
4. Product Strategy & Market Positioning
• Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to refine product strategy.
• Define product roadmap based on technical advancements and market needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve product-market fit.
