Director of Human Resources

The Neshaminy School District (NSD) is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Human Resources. This key role will provide leadership and direction for the district’s HR department, ensuring that all human resource functions align with the district’s goals and overall strategic plan. The Director of Human Resources will oversee and manage critical HR systems and teams, including benefits, compensation, employee relations, and performance management. As a vital member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet, the Director of HR will work closely with other leadership team members to foster a work environment built on fairness, trust, and mutual respect.
