Tasks
Analyse all suppliers/contractors in order to select the most suitable suppliers/contractor who are able to deliver high quality product/work at competitive pricing.
Negotiate with suppliers/contractor on lead-time, cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
Manage suppliers/contractors to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances.
Preparing BOQ for Civil & Electrical related work for project execution.
Responsible for preparing RA bill and submitting the same. Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications

Preparation of BOQ, drawing review, Budget estimation, approval, cost analysis, delay analysis, extension, claims and recovery of LD & Bank guarantees.
Project scheduling end to end resources planning, heavy and costly machinery movement plans, material reconciliation and wastage control plan, project operation plan preparing and reviewing.
Preparation and reviewing of ITP, QAP, method statement, Billing formats and process.
Material planning, reconciliation, contract and Bill processing.
