Be part of a team that is successfully implementing the most advanced and intelligent technologies for our customers. We are currently looking for an Automation Consultant to join our London or Birmingham office. We also offer possibility to work remote in the United Kingdom.
Work in young and motivated teams and support clients across all industries across the UK in their Automation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business process flows, identify automation potentials, and evaluate the associate added value for our clients
- Consult our clients in the professional and technical implementation of intelligent process automation solutions with focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code applications, cognitive computing, and artificial intelligence (AI)
- Gather and validate client requirements, develop User Stories
- Business and process performance analysis
- Prepare and lead client presentations and workshops
- Manage client projects while focusing on (automation) operating model, intelligent automation strategy, and process optimization
- Support The Account Manager in long-term development of client relationships
- Support the conceptual development of our consulting team within Roboyo
- Guide and lead project team members
- Analyze business challenges and develop conceptual solutions
- Travel and meet with clients
Qualifications:
- University degree (B.S. or M.S) or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or related field of study
- BA qualification
- Relevant professional experience and internships in consulting or with leading industrial groups in the fields of operation optimization, process analysis, process modeling, or process automation
- Experience in the Finance sector
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Enthusiasm for topics such as automation, digitization, or artificial intelligence
- Good understanding of business processes and company procedures
- Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Positive charisma and very good communication skills for cultivating successful customer relationships
- Team player
- Willingness to travel if needed
- Fluent in English
