Job Responsibility
- Scheduling monthly service appointments with customers.
- Coordinating technician assignments and job routes.
- Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.
- Creating and dispatching quotes and proposals.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous and accurate with a highly committed attitude.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and a people person.
- Ability to Multitask and remain Motivated and Positive.
- Commitment to working Efficiently and accurately.
