You should be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a streamlined sales process. This role requires excellent coordination and communication skills to facilitate interactions between departments and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the sales function.
What You Will Do As a Sales Support Specialist
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing sales materials.
- Process and track sales orders accurately, ensuring all information is entered correctly into the system.
- Maintain and update customer databases with the latest client information.
- Address customer inquiries and provide post-sales support as required.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional materials and sales events.
- Monitor inventory levels to meet customer demands effectively.
- Manage customer concerns professionally, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by optimizing administrative processes and facilitating seamless operations.
What ClearSource Needs from You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to workflow improvements.
- Experience in the IT services industry is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work onsite
