Job Description
- Develop and implement country-specific sales and business development strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, risks, and trends to inform business strategy.
- Establish the company as a leader in the sector through innovative solutions and a customer first approach.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and team leadership (8+ years).
- Strong understanding of the country’s market dynamics, regulatory environment, and customer needs.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Nigeria, Africa & international to a total of up to 50%.
