- Scheduling & Coordination
- Arrange and schedule appointments for technicians and installers based on availability and workload.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery and installation dates and times.
- Update and maintain the appointment schedule in the system to avoid conflicts.
- Communicate any last-minute changes or delays to both technicians and customers.
- Ensure all necessary equipment, tools, and materials are prepared before installation.
- Delivery Order (DO) & Invoice (INV) Preparation
- Generate Delivery Orders (DO) & Invoices (INV) for all scheduled deliveries and installations.
- Verify that DO and INV details match the order and service provided.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of DOs and INVs for record-keeping.
- Customer Communication & Support
- Contact customers to schedule and confirm delivery and installation appointments.
- Provide updates or reminders regarding upcoming appointments.
- Address customer inquiries related to delivery, installation, or invoicing.
- Handle rescheduling requests or urgent changes in delivery/installation.
- Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the sales team, warehouse, and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with technicians and installers regarding job details, locations, and timing.
- Maintain an updated log of all scheduled appointments, completed installations, and pending tasks.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on deliveries, installations, and invoicing status.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all DOs and INVs are properly recorded and filed.
- Maintain accuracy in scheduling records to avoid missed appointments.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to delivery and installation coordination.
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or higher education.
- Has Experience in Inventory/stock will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
