  • Scheduling & Coordination
    • Arrange and schedule appointments for technicians and installers based on availability and workload.
    • Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery and installation dates and times.
    • Update and maintain the appointment schedule in the system to avoid conflicts.
    • Communicate any last-minute changes or delays to both technicians and customers.
    • Ensure all necessary equipment, tools, and materials are prepared before installation.
    • Delivery Order (DO) & Invoice (INV) Preparation
      • Generate Delivery Orders (DO) & Invoices (INV) for all scheduled deliveries and installations.
      • Verify that DO and INV details match the order and service provided.
      • Ensure proper documentation and filing of DOs and INVs for record-keeping.
      • Customer Communication & Support
        • Contact customers to schedule and confirm delivery and installation appointments.
        • Provide updates or reminders regarding upcoming appointments.
        • Address customer inquiries related to delivery, installation, or invoicing.
        • Handle rescheduling requests or urgent changes in delivery/installation.
        • Internal Coordination & Reporting
          • Work closely with the sales team, warehouse, and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
          • Communicate with technicians and installers regarding job details, locations, and timing.
          • Maintain an updated log of all scheduled appointments, completed installations, and pending tasks.
          • Generate daily/weekly reports on deliveries, installations, and invoicing status.
          • Documentation & Compliance
            • Ensure all DOs and INVs are properly recorded and filed.
            • Maintain accuracy in scheduling records to avoid missed appointments.
            • Follow company policies and procedures related to delivery and installation coordination.
            • Minimum SPM, Diploma or higher education.
            • Has Experience in Inventory/stock will be an advantage.
            • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.

            • Working location: Pusat Perdangangan One Puchong, Puchong, Selangor.
