Job Responsibility
- Human Resources Function:
- Recruitment: Champion end-to-end recruitment efforts for manpower supply in the logistics industry. Use recruitment tools, social media, and HR systems to attract and hire top talent.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and implement onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.
- Other HR-related tasks: Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and support company events, meetings, social media and training sessions.
- Business Operations Support: Collaborate with the operations team to achieve manpower supply goals and support marketing efforts for recruitment and employee branding.
- Travel & Coordination: Travel within Klang Valley as required to visit hubs, employees, clients, and other relevant locations.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Must have at least 6 months of experience in Human Resources/Recruitment.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, manpower supply, or the gig industry is a huge plus.
- Possess a valid D license.
- Own a car and be willing to travel around Klang Valley.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, social media platforms, and recruitment/HR tools.
