About the Role SVEHAG INVEST SL has invested in startups within Tech, Science and Real Estate for the past 30 years out of Geneva and Copenhagen.

With our new office in Marbella, we are seeking a Project Manager to assist with the workload and will refer directly to the founder and CEO Mr. Edvard Per Erik Svehag.

Key Responsibilities Look at company pitches and screen the real estate market for attractive investments.Coordinate with vendors, contractors and team members.Perform ad hoc tasks and errands as required.We’re looking for a candidate with Permanent residency in Spain.Experience from Real Estate or management in small to middle-sized companies.English oral and written (company language).

Spanish would be an advantage.Thrives in an independent and dynamic environment.Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office and task management tools.A proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us?
