Job Description
- Lead, plan, and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and key performance indicators.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners.
- Create detailed project plans, set clear timelines, and monitor progress to ensure all milestones are met on time.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
- Champion Agile principles within the team, guiding Agile practices to optimize productivity and project outcomes.
Requirements
- From 4 to 6 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fin-tech or banking sector.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a strong portfolio of successful project outcomes.
- Agile or PMP certification is required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software (Jira, Asana, or MS Project) is required.
