Responsibilities
- Handling user requests of computer hardware and software maintenance services
- Supporting IT help desk services and hardware/software problem management
- Providing onsite services at branches/ departments offices for problem solving including fixing hardware and software problems, computer equipment installation and set-up, and answering end users’ inquiries on computer equipment usage
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/ Diploma holder in Computing Studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in desktop hardware and software maintenance supports, preferably in banking industry
- Familiar with PC software and hardware knowledge
- Good communication skills with ability to work under pressure
