Data Entry Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our data systems and ensuring that all information is accurately entered and updated in our databases. You will be responsible for handling sensitive information with confidentiality and precision, so a keen eye for detail is essential. Key Responsibilities Input data accurately and efficiently into various electronic systems and databases. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before final entry. Update and maintain data in existing databases and systems as required. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data entries. Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes and standards. Generate reports from the data entered for internal use and decision-making purposes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information by following appropriate data protection guidelines. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed. Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data.
