About the Role
In this role, customers are central to all operations. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service by responding swiftly and accurately to customer inquiries with empathy. High standards are set for all team members, as customers have come to expect nothing less. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
– Troubleshoot and address inquiries from customers primarily through chat, and also via phone calls.
– Enhance your product and industry knowledge to provide expert-level answers and support.
– Collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve technical issues raised by customers.
– Document and share frequent customer concerns and their solutions.
– Offer personalized solutions and proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Work Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm, HST
What They’re Looking For
– A minimum of 1 year of experience in a software support role.
– A quick learner with a “I’ll figure it out” attitude, not afraid to ask questions.
– The ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
– A knack for overcoming complex challenges, even under pressure.
– A genuine passion for connecting with a diverse range of individuals, treating everyone with respect and kindness.
– Strong written communication skills.

Compensation
$55K – $60K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus
