IT Support Specialist

to join our team in Tartu, Estonia.

As an IT Support Specialist, you offer end user support for different applications, systems access rights and actively contribute to continuous development of applications and processes. Also, provide technical support for production and development environments, as well as contribute incident and service request process with third party.

Main Responsibilities

• Support end users in daily tasks, handle error situations and improve initiatives by identifying solutions
• Maintain supported systems set-up based on instructions
• Create and maintain documentation of implemented system maintenance procedures and processes
• Maintain, clean-up and support application access rights, based on application roles and planned business process design
• Ensure data availability across required systems while implementing data policies, and simultaneously maintain and develop data maintenance processes to identify and address weaknesses and opportunities within the function.
• Create supportive reports and analysis, as well as prepare routine and special reports related to master data area for group internal customers
• Participate in working area projects and required service management activities

You Will Succeed If You Have

• Basic knowledge in finance/accounting
• Good analytical skills and accuracy
• Aptitude for reporting, project and process management driven approach
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Readiness to offer good quality service to customers and work with tight schedules
• Ability to focus on priorities, timely and effective work execution
• Experience in relevant IT systems and/or ability to quickly acquire needed skills
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written), Finnish is beneficial
