Job Description
You Will Be Trusted To
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand meeting and or event needs
- Working with Facilities and Digital Services staff on space setup and A/V needs
- Working with the General Managers office on meetings and events in addition to managing their office refreshment inventory
- Interacting with the executive team as well as LCRA Board Members during meetings and events
- Coordinating catering with external suppliers and setting up and picking up after meetings have concluded
- Ordering and picking up supplies from grocery stores and other supply sources
You Qualify With
- Six or more years of experience in meeting, event coordination, business services support, operations, or other relevant experience, including two or more years’ experience in meeting or event coordination.
- A degree(s) in event planning, hospitality administration, business or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver’s license

- A bachelor’s degree in event planning and hospitality administration.
- Experience in working with external/internal stakeholders
- Experience in customer service related to the hospitality industry.
