Garrettsville, OH: Plan, direct, coordinate operations of private sector organization. Formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity, and identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Direct and coordinate activities concerned with the production, pricing, sales and distribution of products. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Require a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or three-year Bachelor’s program of academic studies in Business Administration, or three-year Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, or equivalent, plus 2 years work experience as Manager.
