Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and managing web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The candidate must have a strong background in client handling and managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, provide technical insights, and ensure their requirements are met.
• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, following best practices and industry standards.
• Optimize application performance and ensure the scalability and security of web applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, QA testers, and DevOps engineers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full-stack, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and code reviews.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack.
• Proven experience in handling clients and managing end-to-end projects.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks like React.js.
• In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
• Experience with MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redux for state management in React applications.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript ES6+ features.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
