Position Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Telungupalayam, Coimbatore

Job Summary: As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and handling incoming calls from potential clients/customers with the aim of converting them into sales. You will also be tasked with maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers based on provided leads or data lists.
  • Introduce our products/services to potential customers and generate interest.
  • Handle inbound calls from potential customers, answer their inquiries, and provide information about products/services.
  • Address any concerns or questions potential customers might have.
  • Identify potential leads and prospects through cold calling and other methods.
  • Collect information about prospective clients/customers and qualify leads.
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into sales.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Work towards converting leads into sales through persuasive and persistent efforts.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services and be able to articulate their features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance, and achievements
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments as necessary to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with a focus on sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and practices.
  • Bachelors Degree; additional qualifications in Marketing or Sales will be a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
