You Will
- Lead brand design direction across brand marketing and communication assets, ensuring consistency and creative excellence.
- Implement brand guidelines, maintaining a high standard across internal and external materials.
- Support hands-on design execution — from campaign visuals, event materials, and landing pages to social assets, non-standard tasks, and presentations (print, digital, simple motion).
- Supervise video and photo production, when needed — from idea to execution.
- Ideate with the team and external creatives on brand campaigns and activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to execute creative projects.
- Balance high-level art direction with daily design needs, providing clear feedback and refining creative assets.
- Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with our visual identity while keeping things fresh, engaging, and impactful.
From You
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, ideally in an agency or in-house creative team.
- A killer portfolio showcasing branding work, marketing collateral, and campaign ideation and execution.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry tools.
- Ability to think strategically about brand design while being hands-on with execution.
- Experience working on multichannel campaigns (digital, print, social, events).
- A collaborative mindset — you love working with people, and even if you don’t, you pretend really well.
- A sharp eye for detail, typography, and composition — because the small things matter.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, balancing creativity with efficiency.
- Deep interest in the US culture, including marketing and visual culture.
