Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and staffing needs.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assist in coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and participating in the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 0 – 6 months of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
