  • Develop social media content consistently in line with kumparan’s brand identity.
  • Conduct research and initiate, plan, and execute engagement content and campaigns on social media.
  • Manage social media operations, including scheduling, uploading, caption writing, and amplification.
  • Engage with followers on social media and understand the target audience for each platform.
  • Provide recommendations and strategic advice for kumparan’s social media presence.
  • Monitor the performance of kumparan’s social media content and campaigns, and prepare reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (S-1).
  • Applicants should have at least some experience as an intern in social media (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Tech-savvy with strong social media skills.
  • Interested in creating creative content such as infographics, Reels/TikTok, and video stories.
  • Experience in social media community management is a bonus.
