Responsibilities

  • Design and drive the performance management system for the organization.
  • Design and implement HR policies and processes in alignment with the Business direction.
  • Design and run learning and development programs for specific behavioral learning.
  • Front-end practices that drive culture and impact people’s experience.
  • Advise business leaders and stakeholders on key people decisions.
  • Monitor and mitigate employee attrition risks; develop and implement strategies to increase employee retention.
  • Provide guidance to team members, responsible for performance management and growth of the HR Team.
  • Study metrics that drive organizational effectiveness and curate people programs.
  • Manage and drive Compensation administration including salary benchmarking end-of-year merit increases, and maintaining internal and external parity.
  • Design and drive employee development initiatives, employee relations, rewards, and recognition programs.

Requirements

  • At least 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Organizational Development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent functional competency – thorough knowledge of HR concepts and operations.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
