Job Description
A Product Manager in Credit Tech is responsible for developing and optimizing digital credit products such as Cash Loan, Paylater, and Credit Line. The role includes strategic planning, product development management, performance optimization (Conversion rate, CSAT), UX/UI improvement, and expanding the digital financial ecosystem. PMs must closely collaborate with Business, Risk, Tech, UX/UI, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and risk control. This is a highly competitive field, requiring deep expertise in finance, data analytics, customer insights, and product thinking.
What you will do
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and execute the development of products
- Manage the product roadmap, including planning and prioritizing product releases
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor product performance and provide insights to stakeholders
- Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and product requirements
- Manage and lead a team of product management professionals
- Encourage and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, and design teams
- Develop and articulate an inspiring vision for the product management team and ensure team members are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Foster an innovative and agile team environment that encourages risk-taking, experimentation, and continuous learning
- Monitor team performance and provide mentoring, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
What you will need
- Minimum Qualifications (education)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing or related field
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in developing digital financial solutions is a plus
- Experience in developing growth hack features is a plus
