Job ResponsibilitiesTrack the air freight, maintain the TMS system, promptly discover in-transit anomalies and delays, and urge air transport carriers to improve;Coordinate with warehouses and direct delivery carriers to ensure delivery timeliness of goods;Feedback channel operation status to the channel development team and make suggestions for channel changes, and provide rationalization suggestions to air freight booking;Collect channel service abnormalities from customer service and supervise carrier improvements;Maintain experience knowledge database and organize channel quality management process;Accept the assessment of the company’s indicator system, be responsible for express delivery timeliness indicators and service indicators, and complete temporary tasks assigned by leaders.Job RequirementsFull-time Bachelor degree or above;3+ experience in last mile e-commerce;Those with knowledge of the supply chain and warehousing and logistics industries, and those with Internet and e-commerce platform background will be given priority;Excellent customer orientation and customer service awareness, able to proactively promote work;Be good at communication, and have strong communication skills;Quality requirements: Have strong self-motivation and learning ability.
