Location: Saudi Arabia

Roles & Responsibilities 1. Business & System Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to gather and document client requirements. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in business processes and systems. 2. Documentation: Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications for development and delivery teams. Ensure all documentation is clear, comprehensive, and aligned with client needs. 3. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and management. Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment and understanding across all parties. 4. Solution Design: Actively participate in solution design sessions. Provide recommendations to enhance system performance, usability, and scalability. 5. Testing & Validation: Validate solutions by conducting requirement-based testing. Collect and analyze feedback to ensure the delivered solution meets expectations. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science (CS), Information Systems (IS), or related fields. 2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business or system analysis roles. 3. Proven track record of delivering business solutions and process optimizations. Skills 1. Analytical & Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving capabilities to analyze complex processes and systems. 2. Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams. 3. Documentation Expertise: Proficient in creating clear and concise functional/technical documentation. 4. Process Mapping & Workflow Analysis: Experience in visualizing workflows and mapping business processes. 5. Project Methodologies: Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project execution.
