Job Description

Role Purpose:

To assist the Supply Chain Manager in achieving the department’s goals, Objective and KPIs.

Major Key Resposibilities:

• Assist the supply Chain Manager to source for potential suppliers based on clear criteria and standards

• To negotiate cost prices offered by vendors based on set criteria and in alignment with the Supply Chain Manager

• To ensure that cost prices are well maintained and reflected in the system and matching vendor prices to avoid any accounts discrepancies

• To help in preparing a rolling forecast document with the inventory demand team to be communicated and agreed with vendors

• In coordination with finance to ensure that agreed payment terms are met, and vendors accounts are reconciled periodicall

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial or procurement
