About The Team
The Homepage Management & Features Project role with the ShopeeFood team is a dynamic position focused on optimizing the user experience and driving performance across key areas of the homepage and checkout journey. This role combines aspects of project and product management, allowing you to work closely with cross-functional teams, from Product to Marketing. You’ll be responsible for managing homepage assets, launching new features, and continuously improving UI/UX to boost conversion rates. This hybrid role offers a great balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution within the fast-paced ShopeeFood environment.
Job Description
- Manage homepage assets and monitor performance
- Collaborate with Product team on feature improvements, issue resolution, and new feature launches
- Develop marketing plans for new feature launches
- Drive continuous improvement of buyer UI/UX from homepage to checkout
- Work with Competitor Intelligence team to research user needs
- Explore initiatives to improve the conversion funnel, including homepage assets
- Support and coordinate with other departments on homepage asset management
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and ads
- Identify trends that drive traffic and conversion
- Benchmark performance against competitors
- Coordinate with Regional and Product teams to resolve bugs and issues
- Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders across the company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluent in English
- Experience in commerce/food delivery and/or UI/UX is a plus
- Strong execution, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, independent, and takes ownership of projects
- Able to handle new, ambiguous tasks and multitask under pressure
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and growth-minded
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
