Description

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level functional support and technical support on the ERP System
• Develop customization base on the user requirements and testing for ERPLN
• Develop integration between Infor ERPLN with various system (e-commerce, loyalty system, WMS) via ION base on the ESB
• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support and queries and adhere to all service management principles
• Proactively identify the risk, develop mitigation plans, set priorities and manage issues
• Develop/ create report/ dashboard base on the user requirements
• Exploration/ introduction new functionality to user for the areas improvement

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experiences and knowledge in the ERP (Infor ERPLN, WMS is an added advantage)
• Preferable with exposure in full implementation of ERP
• Must know Java programming, XML and XSLT
• Well verse in ERPLN programming
• Solid understanding of database design, store procedure, views and qury (MySQL)
