Role Objectives

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management:
- Ownership of Management Trainee Programs: Build, manage, and enhance these management trainee pipelines for Tech and Product roles, driving career progression and leadership development.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Work with leadership to identify and close talent gaps across Tech, Product, and Marketing teams and manage attrition.
- Employee Engagement & Experience:
- Design and execute innovative engagement strategies tailored to our vibrant corporate teams.
- Plan and manage flagship events such as Hackfest, Mumbai Tech Week and AI-Day, ensuring every employee feels inspired and celebrated.
- Continuously seek and implement creative ways to enhance the fun quotient at work.
- Performance Management & Coaching:
- Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management frameworks.
- Partner with managers to implement developmental plans and improve team capability.
- Organizational Culture & Collaboration:
- Act as a culture ambassador, embedding our core values and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure alignment between corporate goals and employee aspirations to create a unified, motivated workforce.
- Policies, Processes, and Compliance:
- Guide leaders and employees on HR policies, ensuring seamless implementation across Tech, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Keep abreast of market trends to implement best-in-class practices in engagement, talent management, and recognition.
Who You Are
Must-Haves:
- Experience: 5-8 years in HRBP, Talent Management, or similar roles, preferably in B2C organizations.
- Education: MBA/PGDM from a top-tier business school.
- Expertise: Proven experience working closely with Tech, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Execution Excellence: Strong project management skills, especially for large-scale events and initiatives.
- Collaboration Skills: A natural relationship builder with a knack for working across diverse teams.
- Innovative Mindset: Ability to introduce fresh ideas and approaches to employee engagement and talent development.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and present solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
Bonus Points
- Background in Internet, Media, Entertainment, or E-commerce sectors.
- Experience managing talent programs and flagship corporate events.
