Job Description

Role Purpose:

Support and Assist management by providing accurate and timely financial business support analysis data. This position is an opportunity to provide financial analysis support to various business functions to help them maximize business performance.

Major Key Resposibilities:

  • Revenue management, Build revenue by region, restaurant and by brand and ensure targets are realistic.
  • Keep track of labor cost vs the budget especially focused on restaurant wise both in terms of headcount as well as cost.
  • Benchmark labor cost vs competition based on available info
  • Use sales trends for last few years, consider store opening and closing, organic growth, overlap from last year etc.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent is required
  • Master’s in accounting/costing/business Is preferred
