What makes this role meaty?

The Accounts Payable Executive will be responsible for processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and payments, ensuring that company expenses are accurately recorded and managed. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.

  • You will be responsible for processing vendor and supplier invoices in SAP in a timely manner
  • You have detailed knowledge of TDS and GST
  • You maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
  • You perform weekly/monthly reconciliations of AP balances, ensuring discrepancies are promptly resolved
  • You are able to communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues, disputes, and inquiries
  • You ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
  • You manage and maintain the vendor master data in the accounting system SAP
  • You assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable
  • You support internal and external audits by providing invoice-related documentation and records.

We hope that you…

  • Have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Have 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software (ERP systems such as SAP)
  • Have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Are able to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
  • Have adequate knowledge of general accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Are able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
