Key Responsibilities

Event Management

• Organizing and managing office events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.

Office Hygiene Maintenance

• Ensuring office cleanliness and hygiene standards are met regularly.

Office Plant Care

• Taking care of office plants and ensuring they are well-maintained.

Female Query Resolution

• Addressing and resolving any queries or concerns from female employees regarding workplace matters.

Strong Communication Skills

• Handling emails efficiently and maintaining clear communication across departments.

Facility Management

• Maintenance & Repairs: Ensuring that the office premises, furniture, and equipment are well-maintained, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
• Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors for services like housekeeping, security, and maintenance, ensuring timely service delivery.
• Safety & Security: Ensuring that the office is compliant with health, safety, and security standards and that appropriate security protocols are in place.

Employee Engagement & Office Environment

• Office Atmosphere: Ensuring a positive and motivating office atmosphere, supporting a healthy work-life balance for employees.
• Feedback & Improvement: Collecting employee feedback on administrative and facilities services and working towards continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any domain
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a large organization
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and intense environment as a team

member.

• Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel is more preferable )
• Please note this position would require travel within the city
