Job Summary
The Executive – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on bulk, volume, and sales hiring. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and attract candidates.
Qualifications And Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk and volume hiring.
- Proven experience in sales hiring is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Should speak Tamil and other regional language.
