Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduate).
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a similar role (chat support/customer service).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and chat software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet response time targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
