Position
This position is responsible for driving the execution of commercial objectives and merchandising strategies to achieve a financial target of e-commerce through deep understanding of Ecommerce, Retail and Omni Business. Also, you will improve customer shopping experience consistently through content and UI/UX improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Develop sales strategic based on sales analysis, customer insights, brand strategy and Global E-Commerce direction to achieve enhancement of Company’s target
- Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to execute E-Commerce Merchandising strategies
- Responsible for product-level performance and purchase behavior analysis and sharing insights with related teams to optimize the stock, buying, and OTB
- Provide Korea market, competition, and customer behavior trend to support the implementation of a better product and customer experience online
- Partner effectively with cross functional team to make key decision on OTB budget and to deliver the strategic decision in line with our brand guidelines
- Accountable for effective management of inventory align with commercial calendar with business stakeholders
- Manage website visual merchandising and contents to make sure that it is fully optimized to local customers’ expectations and make suggestions to improve customer shopping journey
- Conduct the training and provide information to CSC team about new collection launch and key focus items on a regular basis
Profile
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in luxury retail industry with proven expertise in Merchandising
- Strong commercial acumen to drive sales, Good analytical thinking
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team leader
- Good commands both in English and Korean
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
