Job Description
- Support in the creation of marketing content, including newsletters, social media campaigns concepts, and website blogs.
- Coordinate with the digital agency in efficiently implementing the yearly digital strategy.
- Track agency performance by setting clear expectations, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring progress on deliverables.
- Manage the moderation team, to ensure an efficient response to all inquiries across all platforms.
- Provide feedback and insights to the digital agency on campaign performance and suggest adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Collaborate with the company stakeholders, to publish the monthly and weekly internal announcements.
- Work aside with the graphic designer to ensure the right implementation of the company’s guidelines and generate the best possible artwork according to the shared brief.
- Analyze customer feedback, surveys, and engagement data to help optimize marketing strategies.
- Provide the finance team with necessary documentation, such as receipts, contracts, and purchase orders, for accurate billing.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in the marketing field is required.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing is a plus.
- Experience in offline production (BTL).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
