Duties & Responsibilites

  • Hotel receptionist is responsible for guest services by helping them check-in and check-out in daily bases;collect guest information for guests coming to Conference Center Hotel.
  • Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guest daily
  • Always greet guest in a friendly and professional manner to Conference Center Hotel’s standards (i.e. accompany guests for hotel introduction)
  • Listen to guest’s complaints or concerns and resolve their issue in a timely manner
  • Handover job to other shifts by attending regular meeting
  • Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift and ensuring it balances correctly at the end of shift
  • Back up other receptionist and helpdesk role as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • College degree preferred or equivalent trainingNeat uniform and clean & professional personal appearance
  • Able to work on shifts (weekends & holidays)
  • Quick learner and willing to learn new things
  • Good understanding of FM regulations
  • Self-starter and result oriented
  • Good communication skill and strong team work
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Good command of MS Office (ppt;exel;work;outlook)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • High engagement and commitment to work
  • Major in Administration;Business English and Hotel Management is highly preferred
