What Are We Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You’ll manage the Executive’s schedule, organize meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth daily operations. Additionally, you’ll assist with business development tasks, including client outreach and relationship management, as well as recruitment support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with ease, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
What You Will Do
- Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Organize and take notes in meetings, tracking follow-up actions.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Handle confidential information and maintain discretion.
- Assist with special projects and provide administrative support.
- Manage expenses and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure the smooth flow of information between the executive and team members.
- Support business development by researching opportunities, assisting with proposals, and tracking progress.
- Lead recruitment efforts for senior leadership positions, working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and assist in decision-making processes for senior hires.
Must have
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Experience in business development and recruitment for senior leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
